We collect the following information from you directly when you sign up for one of our programmes on our website:  

  • your name

  • your address

  • your phone number

  • your email address

  • your DofE number (for filing the assessor’s report)

 

These informations are in connection with our business, only to:

  • communicate with you by email or phone and send you any information that may be of interest to you before, during and after online courses

  • manage our courses and general information

  • process payments and bookings

  • update of social media

  • improve our business and develop our product offering

  • enable us to comply with the law.

For students under 18, parents or guardians filling details during the checkout  are giving their permission for the data to be used as described elsewhere in this policy.

Sharing data

We do not share your information with any other party unless legally required to do so, such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s award if applicable and our payment service provider if necessary.

You can delete your account at any time or withdraw from Programme from your member area > My Modules : withdraw my Programme. This will also stop your access to the Programme.

You can change your personal data at any time directly from the site in your member area or by writing to us at bonjour@letscookfrench.co.uk

 

If you wish to withdraw any consent you have given, object to the use of your data, request the correction or deletion of your information or find out details of the information we hold about you, please contact us by email at bonjour@letscookfrench.co.uk


 

Retention of your personal data

We will keep your information only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected. 

Whenever you advise us of any change to the information you have provided, we will update our records as quickly as possible.

The data is kept on file for up to 6 years by law.
